- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs only when we ship the product.

- You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
